1. Do you have any physical store?
No, we are an online-only kidswear brand. You can order easily through our website or Facebook page, and we deliver all over Bangladesh.


2. How can I place an order?
Simply visit our website, choose your product, select size, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details.


3. What are your payment options?
We mainly offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can also pay by Bkash, Nagad, or card if you prefer online payment.


4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2-4 days outside Dhaka, depending on location and courier service.


5. Which courier company do you use?
We deliver through Pathao and Steadfast Courier to ensure safe and fast delivery across Bangladesh.


6. Can I exchange my product?
Yes. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can request an exchange within 3 days. The product must be unused and in original condition.


7. Are the clothes original and good quality?
Absolutely! We carefully source and QC-check every item to ensure the best quality and comfort for your child.
